New Months - New Habits
At the start of each month, set up the habit tracker through the button on the home page. Select up to 10 primary habits to track.
Select Your Micro Habits
Micro habits include basics such as Water, Sleep, and Food. Players over 9 years old can also select Reflection (morning) and Reflection (Evening).
Select Your Physiology Habits
Physiology habits help you stay fit and grow.
Select Your Brain Habits
Brain habits are complex and leverage intellectual and emotional intelligence.
Finishing and Reporting
Complete the monthly setup. Track daily progress using the habit tracker, which lists completed and skipped habits.
